Kids love soft ice cream (well any ice cream for that matter).
Today the NYT has a feature on nouveau soft-serve ice cream and boy do some of the servings look good.
Some like the ice cream paried "with a shot of espresso and crunchy Valrhona chocolate beans" might be a little adult only but hey, who said we couldn't indulge.
