The Kid Friendly Restaurants of the World
Many of our readers have been asking if we could bring Gastrokid's Kid Friendly Restaurants of the World map to life on a stand alone site. Here it is. Keep sending us your recommendations either in email or by adding comments to this post and we'll keep updating it.

Andre's Cuban in San Diego (1235 Morena Blvd). Great food, great service, great prices - our children (ages 8 and 9) ask to go at least once a week. Not fancy, but friendly, and nice enough that we go even without the kids. (Not a bad wine list either!)
Kids favorites include Ropa Vieja, fried yucca ("better than french fries") and the empanadas.

Lots of ethnic spots are great for kids. Some of our favorites in the Atlanta area include Dai Loi on Jonesboro Rd for pho and East Pearl or Oriental Pearl for dim sum. Lots of families with kids of all ages.
